Jan. 2022–Present: Maturation and scenario application of carbon sequestration and emission reduction technology in paddy fields
-Evaluate the effects of drainage on greenhouse gas emissions and yield in rice systems
-Establish the machine learning models to predict greenhouse gas emissions, carbon sequestration capacity, and yield in rice systems under different scenarios
-Develop the carbon footprint assessment model for rice in China
Jan. 2022–Dec. 2023: Research on pathways for carbon peak and neutrality goals in agriculture of Zhejiang Province
-Incorporate future climate modes to analyze the impact of climate change on low-carbon rice production
